As per a rough estimate, 1 kg. of weight is equivalent to approximate 7000 calories and if we want to shed 1 kg., weight say in a fortnight, we need to extra burn 7000 calories than what we have consumed through our physical exercises. So, focus should equally be given on physical fitness and daily exercise schedule and if we don’t burn through routine work and exercise, we will be adding extra weight through the calories we consume during the period. So, at the end it is the balance between calorie intake vs. calorie burned through physical activities to achieve the weight loss target.
