Nutrition and weight loss

Obesity is one of the biggest problem worldwide, however in my country is it bigger than anywhere else and people are throwing money into weight loss programs offered by numerous gyms, clinics, health centers etc. According to one estimate, the amount spent on weight loss is bigger than the money spent on treating critical diseases. Actually instead of spending billions of dollars on such program, if we focus nutrition together with weight loss, we might achieve results much faster.

Why nutrition is important in reducing weight might be your question for me, but I think you should connect it with your diet. How much and what nutrients you take in your meal will have a direct impact on your obesity and that’s why if you are able to manage your diet or nutrient, you will be able to loose weight. Instead of spending huge money on such programs, I suggest that you should breakdown your meal into 5 to 6 small serving and should take it after 3 to 4 hours.

The smaller servings at the interval of three to four hours will help you in digesting the food or your body will metabolize it and the calorie generated from it is simultaneously used within the gap period. These small serving together with routine exercise will help you in reducing your weight. Therefore nutrition plays a key role and carefully selected diet and small serving are the essential pillars of weight loss management program.
